Product Returns and Refunds
Defective products, or incorrect items sent to our customers may be returned for a refund or replacement. Such returns will only be accepted if reported to us within 15 days from the date of receipt. Returns cannot be made in exchange for another type of item. To report a defective or incorrect item received, contact us at email@example.com. This must be done within 15 days of receipt. Please retain the original packaging and any shipping documents included. Specific return instructions will be sent to you within 15 business days of our receipt of your request. Pack and seal your return securely in the original packaging. For a return, we will credit the card used to place the order. Depending upon the processing speed of your credit card company, a credit should appear on your statement within one or two billing cycles after your return/replacement request.
